Proven Approach & Process
When you buy a package that includes a course, you’ll have lifetime access to that course. Plus, we are constantly updating our courses with new strategies, methodologies, and techniques based on the trends that we are seeing in the market to ensure the information stays up-to-date.
We have a great framework and process, and each client is a little bit different. To start, we will connect you with one of our designated resume writers. They will have a consultative conversation with you to discuss your specific situation, needs, and the outcomes you are trying to achieve. We start off with two foundational questionnaires—the personal branding questionnaire and the demographic questionnaire.
The personal branding questionnaire will collect your achievements and accomplishments so we can weave those into your resume. The demographic questionnaire will get you in the mindset of being a job seeker and answering questions that recruiters and screeners are going to ask you so you can ace through that screening process. This is an iterative process and we have you covered every step of the way.
You can always start with one of our foundational packages and add coaching at a later date. If you choose to go this route, we will typically give you a discount on the coaching packing you choose. We want to make sure that coaching is affordable so you can add it onto whatever package you may have.
If you live in the Denver Metro Area, we would be happy to meet with you in person. However, we understand that your time is valuable, so most of our work together will be done electronically, over the phone, and through screen-shares.
If coaching is part of your package and you want to meet for one-on-one coaching, we can offer that. If you purchased coaching as part of a different package, and you are not local, we offer video coaching and phone coaching. In terms of those tangible deliverables, that is done virtually because we don’t want to waste your time coming back and forth to our office.
